Are hot showers included ?
Yes, our sanitary facilities are equipped with hot and cold showers to cater for everyone's requirements.
What are the rental arrival and departure times ?
Arrivals are from 4.00pm and departures no later than 10.00am.
Are sheets included in rentals ?
Sheet and towel kits (2 flat sheets, pillowcase, 1 small and 1 large towel, bath mat) are optional at €15 for a single bed and €30 for a double.
Is cleaning included ?
Cleaning is an available option charged at €80 minimum (the dishes must be done, rubbish bin taken out and floor swept).
Are there blankets and pillows in the rental units ?
Yes, the mobile homes are equipped with pillows (if not renting sheets, bring a pillowcase) and fleece blanket (please note: out of season, depending on the individual, bring an additional blanket).
Are mobile homes air-conditioned and heated ?
All our rental units are equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Can we choose our mobile home pitch ?
Choosing your mobile home pitch is possible subject to availability: edge of the campsite with full sea view or in the eucalyptus forest. This option must be taken when booking. All our rentals are located less than 200m from the beach.
What to do in case of late arrival ?
Please send us an email the week before your arrival, telling us if you want to rent sheets and specifying a mobile phone number. We will send you a plan of the campsite and the number of your mobile home. You can go there directly on the day you arrive. The paperwork can be done the next morning from 9.00am at reception.
